Shipping policy
At PrimalDesigns, every product is made to order just for you. Please read below to understand how our production and shipping process works.
Production Time All orders require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped. This is the time needed to print, quality-check, and package your item. Production times may be slightly longer during peak holiday periods.
Shipping Time Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Total Estimated Delivery Time To estimate when your order will arrive, add the production time to the shipping time for your region. For example, a US order may take 5–14 business days from the date of purchase to arrive at your door.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on your location and the product ordered.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
